TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STUDENTS:


A. Registration and Admission:


1. Applicants must be above 17 years of age.
2. Submit all necessary documents (Aadhar card, photos, etc.).


B. Fee:


1. Registration and course fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. All course fees must be paid in full before the exam.
3. In case of late payment, late payment charges will apply as per policy.
4. Students are not allowed in exams and classes if fees are not paid.


C. Cancellation of Course:


1. If students engage in any misconduct with trainers and staff.
2. If they cause disruption to the normal functioning of SV5.


D. Unlawful Harassment and Attendance:


1. A minimum of 70% attendance in classes is mandatory to be eligible for exams.
2. A minimum of 85% attendance during clinical internships is required.
3. If attendance is insufficient, students shall not be allowed to appear for the examination.


Examination and Certificate:


1. Course completion certificate will be awarded often course completed within
2. 2-3 months. 2. If the students will fail in Exam, Re-Exam fees will be 1500/- would be charged.

Clinical and Internship:

3. 1. Students must secure at least 70% marks in Exams.
2. During Internship, the students Shall be Subject to follow rules and regulation of organisation.

Placement:

1. SV5 provides placement support to Students Who Succesfully complete the course.
2. SV5 is not placement company we support Our students and guide them for job Interviews.
3. Placement Support will be available for a period of 3 months from the end of clinical internship.
4. Decesion to select any organisization rests, Salary location by Students also, SV5 not responsible for this.


Jurisdiction:


In case of any dispute the jurisdiction for legal proceedings will be new Delhi Courts only.

Terms and Condition of SV5 Team & Trainers ( EMPLOYEES)


1. If Any Misconduct by the Team Member SV5 take legal action against it. 2. If Employee want to leave job will give prior notice before one month otherwise Salary deduction of that month
1. . 3. If counsellor give zero result 3 consequtive month target Not achieved 5000/- will be deduct from salary & SV5 take Decesion to countinue will her/his or not.
2. 4. SV5 will take Decesion if Counsellors(Sales Team) not Completed Target 3 consequetive months.
3. 5. Trainers not allow to leave job without completion of syllabus of Batch in Between, SV5 will take action against it and salary will not paid to trainers at this act.


Terms and Conditions for Employees and Trainers of SV5 Academy

These Terms and Conditions govern the employment and training relationships at SV5 Academy (“the Academy”). By accepting employment or a training role at the Academy, you agree to abide by the following terms:



1. Employment Terms:


• Offer of Employment: Employment or training with SV5 Academy is subject to the conditions outlined in your employment or training contract.
• Roles and Responsibilities: You are expected to perform the duties outlined in your contract to the best of your abilities.
• Confidentiality: Employees and trainers are expected to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, student data, and any other confidential information they may encounter during their employment.


2. Code of Conduct


• Professional Behavior: Employees and trainers are required to behave professionally with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Attendance and Punctuality: Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Repeated absence without notice may result in disciplinary action.
• Dress Code: Employees and trainers are expected to maintain a professional appearance while working.


3. Use of Academy Resources


•Work Equipment: Any resources (e.g., computers, teaching materials) provided by the Academy must be used solely for work-related purposes.
• Internet Use: Employees and trainers must not use the Academy’s internet access for inappropriate content or unauthorized activities.


4. Termination


• Voluntary Termination: Employees and trainers may terminate their employment by providing written notice as per their contract.if leave job sudden without prior notice.
• Involuntary Termination: The Academy reserves the right to terminate employment for reasons including, but not limited to, misconduct, poor performance, or violation of these terms.


5. Intellectual Property


Any materials or content created by employees and trainers in the course of their work at SV5 Academy remains the intellectual property of the Academy, unless otherwise stated in your contract.


6. Disciplinary Action


Failure to comply with the terms set out in this document may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, termination, or other legal action as deemed necessary by the Academy.


7. Health and Safety


Employees and trainers must comply with all health and safety regulations set by the Academy to ensure a safe working environment.


8. Amendments to Terms


The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to employees and trainers through the internal portal or email.
